Michael Dupont

Head of Sales

Working within the cruise industry for over twenty years I have seen dramatic changes, visited some of the loveliest and most interesting parts of the world and met some of the nicest people. With a large choice of exciting destinations and wonderful ships I firmly believe that there is a cruise out there to satisfy all individual tastes and desires. One of my personal favourite cruising experiences was to sail through the tiny islands of Halong Bay, Vietnam in the calmness and serenity of a beautiful sunrise.

Margaret Eva

Head of Reservations

With over 40 years’ experience in the travel industry I became a cruise specialist 16 years ago. I have undoubtedly been privileged to sample the very finest cruising has to offer. Time and time again my personal recommendation has been Crystal and to represent this product is very fulfilling.I always insist on the best for my clients and Crystal exceeds expectations on all levels. My favourite destination has to be the diversity of the Far East but the view of the Corcavada and the harbour of Rio from Sugar Loaf Mountain was spectacular.

Elaine Gillard

Marketing Director

My taste for luxury cruising started in 2003 when I started here as a Student. After graduating, I returned to the company and have never left, now heading up the Marketing team. I love cruising and grab every opportunity to visit new places and explore new cultures, however my all-time favourite cruising experience has to be dining at Umi Uma onboard Crystal Cruises – it’s not just my favourite restaurant at sea, it’s my favourite anywhere in the world.

Vicky Orley

Senior Administrator

I have worked in the travel industry for many years and have been in my present position since May 2001. I first sailed with Crystal in 2002 and have had lots of wonderful experiences since then including enjoying a Spa treatment overlooking the bay of Sorrento and dining in Silk Road for the first time. Everytime I Sail with Crystal I have such a brilliant time as the food, service and entertainment are always of such a high standard. I know I can sell Crystal with confidence and love hearing back from our guests about the memorable cruise they have had with us.

Laura McConway

Cruise Consultant

I graduated from university with a degree in Classical Civilisations and my previous work experience was in an upmarket department store in customer facing retail roles. The strong ethos of The Cruise Portfolio is something I can identify with from my time there. My passion for travel encouraged me to pursue a career in luxury cruising and I look forward to learning all about it. I love travelling around Asia and my favourite destination is Malaysia where I experienced the friendly and vibrant local culture alongside fantastic views of the coastline and rainforest gardens.

Jenna Gilson

Cruise Consultant

My love of travel began in 2009, when I spent three months backpacking around the wonderful UK and Europe. The experiences I had along the way inspired me to return to Australia and complete further study in Tourism and Events, after which I worked as a travel and cruise agent for 4 years. In 2015 I moved to the UK and am thoroughly enjoying expanding my knowledge and pursuing my interest in high end cruising with The Cruise Portfolio.

Natalie Dorrington

Product Manager

My travel career started in a high street travel agency, but since starting at The Cruise Portfolio in 2005, I had the opportunity of working in both the Reservations team and the Sales & Marketing team before moving on to head the Product department. I absolutely love to cruise and think it is a wonderful way to see the world. Some of my most enjoyable moments onboard are waking up, and looking outside with anticipation, for my first glimpse of that day’s new port.

Rebecca Kalinsky

Product and Marketing Executive

During my time at University, I was privileged to be given the opportunity to study Marketing in Singapore for a year which confirmed my love for travel after taking advantage of my close proximity to South East Asia during my time there.  My love for travel encouraged me to pursue a career in the Travel and Tourism industry and I am keen to develop my travel knowledge and skills further with a focus on luxury cruises.

Megan Saunders

Trade Sales Support Executive

I’ve had a love for travel for as long as I can remember, and found myself in the cruise industry in 2015. Taking a cruise is my perfect idea of a holiday, there is nothing better than waking up in a new city every day ready to explore, then getting back on-board to enjoy the incredible food & entertainment while you sail off to your next destination. It really is a great way to see the world and I truly believe there is a cruise out there for everyone; especially as the industry continues to innovate and grow.

Jon Schofield

Regional Sales Manager - North & Scotland

I have been lucky enough to work in the travel industry for the past 30 years, and in the luxury cruise sector for the past 10 years, and have enjoyed every minute. The luxury cruise sector is just the best place to be, having great experiences and meeting some lovely people along the way. It is all about choice; from size of ship, to how many guests on board and from the varied destinations to the wonderful ability they have to cater for everyone’s needs and requirements.

Natalie Read

Regional Sales Manager - South

I have worked in the travel industry since leaving school and I really can’t imagine working in any other industry – every day is different. I’ve also been lucky enough to travel extensively, including 3 months travelling around South America – what a beautiful continent and with little infrastructure I can highly recommend a Crystal Cruise as a perfect way to explore this vast region! I have enjoyed working in the Luxury Cruise industry for the past 6 years and hopefully the next 16 years at least!

Nan Short

Representative - Northern Ireland & EIRE

With over 30 years experience in the luxury end of the travel industry, I soon realised cruising was my passion. When approached by a cruise company to represent them in the UK and Ireland I had no hesitation in accepting the role. I am still living the dream and still have the same dedication I had all those years ago. Meeting so many lovely people and seeing so many exotic places, who would not love their job. To represent the World’s Best cruise line makes all the hard work worthwhile and it’s an honour to be part of the most professional sale team.

Anna Perrott

Business Development Manager - Windstar Cruises

I started working in the cruise industry after playing golf in Asia for several years and ever since then I fell in love with everything ship related! I am a self-confessed ship geek and lucky enough to have sailed on many ships over my 10-year career. I started working in sales selling cruise holidays then moving into tour operation. I am lucky enough to have travelled all over the world. From whale watching in Alaska, trekking the Inca Trail, shark diving in Cape Town, diving in the Great Barrier reef and Gibbon Trekking in Laos, I’m always looking for something more niche and exciting! I’m not one to follow the crowds and I’m excited to be working with Windstar showcasing their amazing itineraries.
