We first began as a general sales agency back in 1970, representing what was then KD German Rhine Line and Norwegian America in the UK, and we still rigorously apply today the core principles which we learnt back then – that any GSA must strive to deliver onshore the calibre of service that its cruise lines practice at sea. That often a passenger’s first experience with a cruise line will begin with a call to the sales agency, and that the expectations created in that call can last a lifetime.
The same holds true for our dealings with the UK Travel Trade. They rightly expect the very best and most responsive service and we must also reflect the also
very high values of the cruise lines that we represent. And so we invest considerable time and energy with our preferred travel partners, ensuring their training and their product knowledge is a priority. Strong relationships with a professional yet personal touch are the key to our success.

Being part of a plc helps act as a guarantor of financial stability, because of the more open and rigorous accounting requirements. We are also of course fully bonded through our ABTA and ATOL licenses, as a further guarantee.
